Reservations
Bookings can commence on any day of the week, however, at certain times of the year, one-night stays are not accepted on Fridays or Saturdays.
Luggage
If you have booked a flight inclusive package you will be sent luggage labels and taxi vouchers with your confirmation. It is important that you use the labels so that you can be easily identified by the waiting taxi service.
Deposit
On confirmation of booking non-returnable deposits are required. Hotel booking only £50.00 per person. Hotel plus flight booking from Jersey or Guernsey £75.00 per person. Hotel plus flight booking from England £150.00 per person.
Cancellation
Guests who fail to honour their bookings for whatever reason will be charged at the full rate for the duration of the booking. For hotel plus flight bookings where the balance of the package is not due to be paid until day of departure if cancelled the balance owing will also be charged in full.
Insurance
The Belle Vue Hotel strongly recommends that all passengers take out appropriate insurance cover to protect against any unforseen circumstanced. It is extremely foolish to travel without being insured for the following reasons:
- All flight tickets are issued strictly and absolutely on a non-changeable and non-refundable basis.
- Disruption of travel due to weather can involve considerable extra expense.
- Alderney has no reciprocal agreement with any other jurisdiction with regard to medical treatment. Visitors to the Channel Islands are now strongly advised to obtain their own health insurance cover as well as the normal delay, loss of luggage and cancellation cover a comprehensive travel policy gives. Just in case...
All Standard Rooms are en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, daily supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sweet biscuits, multi channel satellite TV, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, security safe, superior brand toiletries, fluffy white towels, luxury bath robes, and if your visit is at one of the colder times of the year, full central heating. We offer free wi-fi internet access in all classes of room.
Superior Rooms are larger and have an added trouser press.
The Executive Suite has a queen size double bed, bathroom with toilet and bath/shower, separate jacuzzi room, flat screen superior television and hi-fi system.

Alderney
Life in Alderney is leisurely, time is of little consequence. The peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty of the island, even on a short visit, will enable you to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our town, St Annes, with its cobbled street, is a lot different from St Helier (Jersey) or St Peter Port (Guernsey). The island is quite small, only 1.5 by 3.5 miles but in spite of this, offers a variety of “doing nothing” things to do, like fishing, hiking, bicycle riding and a marvellous 9-hole golf course.

Travel
Aurigny Air Services offer flight times from Guernsey and Southampton Airports that allow you to choose the most convenient time of day to travel. For a short stay most people use the first flight to us and the last flight going home to make the most of the time available for their holiday. For a longer stay you still might like an early start but the frequency of Aurigny’s flights means that you choose what’s best for you.

Don’t worry if you want to “come tomorrow” on an “impulse” holiday. We can still make all the bookings for you and have your airline ticket awaiting your collection at your local airport 60 minutes before flight departure time.
